User Account
To use our services, you must create an account and verify your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
AI Services
- Users can generate images using AI technology. This technology is still very new and may exhibit bizarre behavior from time to time.
- We use the most current image generation model available from OpenAI. We are currently using GPT-Image-1 to generate images, edits, and variations.
- Image Editing always returns a completely edited image. This is a known bug and OpenAI is working on a fix.
- Tokens are required for image generation. The actual cost per image generation is about $0.17.
- We use additional prompting to support user input, unless the user opts out of "Background Assistance" before generating an image.
- You can read OpenAI's Terms of Service here. OpenAI-NY Times Lawsuit has forced OpenAI to retain ALL chat history- even deleted or private chats, until further notice.
Product Creation and Sales
We use Printify's global network of manufacturers and shippers to provide you with the most reliable service.
Users can create products using generated or uploaded images and sell them on our platform.
You retain ownership of the images you create and upload, but by using our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display those images for the purpose of providing our services.
Products produced and shipped through Printify are returnable and refundable.
Tokens
Tokens are non-refundable.
Users can claim a random amount of free tokens once every 20 hours.
Payment Processing
We use a third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe) to handle transactions. We do not store any payment information. Please refer to Stripe's Privacy Policy for more information.
User Obligations
You agree to:
- Use our services in good faith. Never use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Only upload images you own the rights to. Never upload or generate images that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Keep your account credentials private. Never misuse your account or share your account credentials with others.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The AI Art Shop, nor Block Ark Studios, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, United States.
